Got this to be used as the main handset of a Galaxy Tab 10.0 with GSM. It works fine. I like the concept of it so it charges when it is placed on the base. It feels nice in hand, solid plastic and more like high quality product. The price is very fair. I had it on standby off the stand for 2 days and still working normally. Longest phone call made was about 2 hours, almost 1 hour continuous call. the sound is clear and good. The range isn't the best but isn't bad too. I like it.Only one thing that I didn't like is the intensity of the light indicator. It is too bright. I wish it is possible to disable it.I saw a review about the contact points being sensitive, I tried that but mine looks to be working fine.

I got this item because people have a hard time hearing me on my iphone unless I hold the just right, near my mouth. This bluetooth unit seemed to fix that issue, but now I am having frequent problems with it introducing long lag times and a distorted sound. Turn it off - sounds good on iphone. Turn bluetooth back on - poor quality. Seems intermittent but happens too frequently. It may be the iphone's problem handling bluetooth. Don't know. In any case I can't use due to the poor quality calls. Will try a hand set that plugs directly into the iphone. By the time I figured out what was causing the poor calls, it was too late to return this unit :(

Phone is professional in appearance. Performance is less desirable. The phone has many functions that are good. There are two that needs improvements: Voice command and volume control. Unless you use the phone's middle name, it will not respond to the "Yes" to accept a call or "No" to deny it. The volume control for the hand set needs a higher range. One needs to press firm to the ear to hear well. It's speaker phone does very well. I'm being generous to give it three stars. I will be contacting the Vender for a refund.

The handset features work well enough, but there is definitely a learning curve. The first few days I kept calling the last number instead of answering the current call. However, the speaker (and microphone) is very weak. Volume is very low even when set to the highest setting and I have to practically yell at the base to accept or deny calls - even in a silent office. The design is very sleek and attractive on my desk, but I only use it when my phone is charging. Otherwise, I'd rather just use my cellphone.

nice design except the headset is not easy to align it in the base and so the contacts need to be improved because just the slight non alignment and you don't have the proper contacts CONTACT ALIGNMENT NEEDS TO BE BETTER . this is the only problem I could see in the design. and if you complain to the manufacturer, they "will get back to you" after talking to their engineers ..........but never do.I would not buy again, ps. this is the second one I had to return the first one, only to find the second is no better.............

Had to get this and glad I did. When working from my desk and receiving calls it is hard to try to work on the PC while holding a cell phone. This makes it easier and offers a much better grip and comfort.I also take it to my camp where reception is spotty. This way I can set my phone down where the best signal strength is and place this on the end table and if I get a call can walk or go where ever I need to.

It is not really miracle device.It is very hard to operate after pairing,So much confusion how to hang up or pick the phone.The receiver does not fit into your shoulder.

Quit working after 6 weeks. One star is quite generous. Not worth it.
