Skip the fishy taste and burps! This vegan product is top tier. Helps me with my nervous system and skin and eyesight! Great brand. Will buy this again.

Acne breakouts because of high iodine
This omega 3 is the worst formulation I ever had, I had horrible cystic breakouts for weeks until I stopped taking this supplement. I’m sure this supplement has high iodine content, this is surely not allergen free. Beware.

No Burps!
Finally an omega that doesn’t give you the “burps” — easy on the stomach soft gels make it always to swallow! Just started using them but so far so good!

I like the taste and the overall product.
I appreciate the ability to include Omega 3 in my diet and this product is easy to take. The glass bottle and being Carrageenan free is very important to me as a nutritionist. I'd like to see a product that includes polyphenols and no Omega 6 for the optimal Omega 3 benefit since most people get enough Omega 6 in their diets. Thank you.
