These are hands down better than the tablets! I took those for months before now switching to the gummy's and boy i'm sure glad I did. The flavor is good nothing bad that I can point out other than the lack of sweetness which is a good thing.But I am sure these work better for me and digest better than the tablets, When I was taking the tablets often they would cause stomach and digestive pain. I also ruled out if this could of been cause by something else.These so far have not presented any downsides, Even the price in my opinion is better per quantity ratio.I have found myself taking these as a snack 1 by 1 no more than 4 a day, Which is great since you are spacing out the supplementation throughout the day instead of all at once. Good buy. Worth the price. My hubby doesn’t like pills and always asks for gummies for everything so I wanted to find something that was affordable but also had good ingredients. He has been taking this for about 2-3 weeks and he likes the flavor. These do come with a coating to help prevent sticking together so that is why they feel a bit odd but that doesn’t mean they are bad. Considering he is still taking them means I will continue to buy. The gummies were delivered in correct time frame. I did buy them on sale but would buy them regular priced as well with subscription so we never run out.

I'm not sure how well these vitamins have worked for me, but it tastes good and easy to chew.

They taste like eating fruit and fish. I'm sure they help my health, but the point of gummy vitamins is that they taste good. These do not.

Easy to use, you do both need to use water with it, because you just chew it.
