Value for money...
Its a value for money buy...and that too "Dell laptop"...though the vostro series has been a good option but the screen resolution is a bit low. But no complains with rest of the laptop quality. Light weight,easy to carry,handy,good quality.

Product quality is worst
I purchased this item more than 1 year ago and since then I am facing a lot of issues.Motherboard and touchpad was not working then after long followups these got replaced.Today found headphone jack is not working..😒This laptop was used only 1-2 times in a month as have another laptop and that too for only browsing so did not found all the issues initially.But literally got frustrated with this item and only can say don't buy Dell items online.

Dell must sold before proper checking
First my touch pad was not properly working.after 4 month they replaced the pad.But after working of their engineer my laptop started to turn of automatically.i dont know its their technician problem or not.After got support from dell online agent ..now it is working properly.But faced harrasment after buing dell branded laptop.didnot think ever with dell.dell must check properly before send to customer

All laptops are having heating issues. for that, you people need to be done only one. go and sit in AC Room or put your laptop on the Table with an exhaust fan,
