Great set of cards to help generally improve vocabulary. I prefer the flash cards over a book bc my daughter can study by herself using the flashcards. Her 9 year old brother is slowly absorbing some of the words too. The cards themselves are fairly thin, but with care, they should still last and last.I like that there are math cards as well to help quiz you on prominent math topics for the exam as well.And there is access to a digital version of the cards—for when you’re on the go and don’t want to travel with the box.

When my students are finished with their assignments, they may sit in my resource area to prepare for their future. The SAT cards are a big hit!!

These cards need to contain some information about etymology. You can never memorize all the words you'll encounter on a standardized test (because I'm sure the test writers purchase these products) but if you can learn how Latin and Greek roots work, you can decode the words yourself and come close to right. These cards lack that explanation. I do like the use of synonyms on the cards though. We just started using these, we'll see how it continues.

I got these for kids I tutor. The card quality was thinner than I expected. The font size was decent and the design not distracting for students. Wish the cards were thicker or of glossy material.

Easy to just grab a stack and go through them at your own pace.

It is helpful for studying SAT. It is easy to review the new words.

The box is exhaustive. We read a card every day in Senior English. Perfect!
