This is my second order and I’m happy with the product and the price. Normally when you don’t buy the name brand product for your printer you get results that are less than what you would expect from the manufacturer brand.However this works just as well and for a more reasonable and less expensive price and quality to match.

I have recently changed printers and am looking for a new type of ink cartridge, but in the 4 years that I have ordered from SuperInk their cartridges have never failed. They also seem to last longer than traditional cartridges. I am currently looking for ink for my new printer with SuperInk. While it may sound that they are "hit-or-miss" I can attest that they are more hit than they are miss. I may be one of the rare ones that has never received a defective toner, but I have always been satisfied every single time. No leaks, no smears, perfect fit and great quality.

I mean it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Didn’t work from day one. Said it was incompatible. Reached out to company and they wasted 3 days of my time having me take pictures of every little thing and try steps. Sometimes multiple times. I ended up going out to dept store and paying full price. It got to the point where they took forever and I wasn’t going to have this garbage laying around the house so I pitched them. Thinking I’ve submitted all the pictures etc. and now looking at the reviews it isn’t an uncommon problem with this company. Well they only would give me full refund if I sent back the item. Terrible customer service. They drag out the return process until you get fed up with it. Pathetic.

The ink was very good, no smudges or running/ fading ink if paper got wet,good deal, hoped it last longer.anymore deals......like buy one, get one free.

This ink is as good as any name brand ink & costs only half as much. I've ordered it several times & haven't had any problems.

Good value. Order came very quickly. Had issue with cartridge, company issued me a refund. Would definitely use them again when I need ink.

Very happy that the seller sent me another cartridge for the color ink after the first one was damaged. Blank ink works great and new color cartridge works great also!!! Highly recommend

The black cartridge was comatible but I didn't need the color cartridge until this was beyond the return policy. My Canon printer will not recognize the color cartridge. Lesson here is only buy ONE at a time and only when you need it immediately. Because if you buy it to have when you run out... you have no recourse with their process, i.e. button available, etc. It is not a big company and I dred trying to get a refund with them for defective in the 1 year period. It's just not worth it. What I call the "Sue ME" situation, where justice just is not practical (and they know it).
