When I had a virus lately I could not actually smell anything for a while even though this was good to inhale through my nose during the cold. After things had cleared up a bit this had a really nice scent! I keep it close by to use almost daily because it helps keep my nasal passages clear. Olbas is a great product!! It’reliable and portable and great on airlines.

Breathing through your mouth is not comfortable. It wrecks your sleep, causes uncomfortable dry mouth and negatively affects our immune health. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, good sleep, cardiovascular endurance and immune health are all important to me. Olbas gives me that extra clearing that I need when figting a respiratory but or seasonal allergies. This helps open my nasal passages better than my nightly saline spray. Breathing through our nose provides a filtration system that our mouth does not. There are numerous benefits of nose breathing vs mouth breathing. I highly recommend James Nestor's book Breath to find out more. This is also a great travel companion, fitting simply into a backpack or purse. These are also a fair price as one stick lasts a decent amount of time. These are also a great stocking stuffer.

I like this product for several reasons. Number one, it really helps when you have a stuffed up nose. It opens up the airway and your nostrils. Number two, it lasts for a long time. This is my second one. The first one I had lasted for years. I lost count of the years. Three? Five? I can't remember what I bought it, it's been so long. That tells you that this is a fine and product for the money you spend. It's small and doesn't take up much room on my nightstand. It's always handy. I've tried other brands, like nedi stick. This is way better. I highly recommend this product. It doesn't irritate my skin. It helps me breathe with the aromatic ingredients. I would buy this again if it ever runs out of potency. It may be a few years but I'll be back. Thank you for a nice product.
