Excellent for tracking food and weight goals!
I have been trying to track calories to lose 20-30 lbs and decided I wanted an old-fashioned calorie tracking diary as I enjoy these more than tracking apps. I bought this without much research and am REALLY impressed. I am VERY picky about notebooks and journals. The paper is nice and thick, the layout is clean, simple and easy to follow, the cover is pretty and has motivational text, and the stickers in the back are a lovely and fun additional touch. I really liked the starting pages which allow you to document your starting point with images and measurements. I know that this cute journal will keep me motivated to track. Highly recommend.

My diet was going nowhere before I bought this
I liked that there was information on how to calculate how many calories I should have for someone of my height and build instead of for the average person. I now know why I was not losing weight before! There is plenty of space for me to keep track of what I am eating as well as recording progress. This is only the first week of using the journal and I have lost 1lb and I am delighted to be making progress at last, early days but so far so good. I also like that the journal lasts for 6 months when most are only for 3 months. The journal itself is of good quality and I would say well worth the money.

Print size a little small making it slightly hard to use and write in.

Has everything i need
This is great. I write everything in it. Its got your food, calories, mood, energy levels, water intake, exercise and bits to write notes and your stats. I love it and my friend has now also got one. Its good to see it all written down and although quite pricey, has everything i need and is good quality.
