Buy 10 mm wrench and 2 bolts
If you notice oil leaking down your oil filter every time you change the oil, this is a gasket you must replace before determining if the leak is from the oil cooler gasket, the oil pressure sensor or the rear main seal.. i've been losing about a quart of oil every 3k miles for the past 5 years and have already replaced the oil pressure sensor so fingers crossed that this is the culprit. Its not that easy to install And is easiest done wil the oil filter removed. You will need a 10mm wrench (not a ratchet & socket). Make sure you have that & you might as well order 2 new bolts because the old ones will be stripped enough that this is your last time getting them off. A 1/4 quart of oil will fall on the floor once you get the bolts off. This gasket is worth replacing to determine where the leak is. If this isn't the culprit i'll let the rear main seal leak until the transmission needs replacing.

After 211K, my truck finally started to leak a little oil. After tracing it, it was found to be this oil cooler gasket. There were two options (one was longer) but this was the correct one. Super easy install and no more leaks.

this gasket is a poor design
The design results in hardened seals that leak over time, they should have used a mls style or a simple paper gasket that would last decades.
