Almost complete
Ordered garland initially looked ok. Was missing case for battery, so unable to light it up.

When i removed this from the box, it seemed skimpy. I played around with it and it looked better, although ut did not appear to be the 10 inches as described. I bought another one in case I want to double it, and then it would really look nice. I like the idea of the battery operated lights, and you can add regular electrical lights if needed. The price is right to double the garland.

Questionable quality
When you are hanging this garland it sheds everywhere. I was disappointed in the quality for sure. And when you try to straighten it out from packaging it makes a big mess from shedding.
