Go Gentle into the Night with This Type of Magnesium
This is a great option if you find that some types of Magnesium keep you awake. I am enjoying falling asleep sooner. Yet it still provides the muscle relaxing qualities of other magnesium types. My muscle spasms are quiet.

Works right away
This is a great product I have heart issues, where I wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding and I'm full of anxiety. Nothing helped, the doctor said nothing was wrong and I tried THIS for something entirely different. By the third night I noticed a difference, and now I take it whenever anxiety hits, and also every night before bed. Haven't had any more issues unless I miss a dose.
