Certain Dri Prescription Strength Clinical Antiperspirant Deodorant Dry Spray...

So, I’m a sweaty gal—I just run hot and always have. I do enjoy Certain Dri, but stopped using it after a while because the roll-on would flare up my eczema badly. I tried other brands that worked just as well, but they too eventually produced the same result (inflamed, itchy armpits). So, I decided to give this dry spray a try. First, it does have a strong “masculine” scent, but I don’t mind, and it does fade after some time. Second, it truly does last, keeps me dry, and even after the scent fades, odor is kept at bay. I’ve truly only been spraying this one once a day depending on what time I shower and I’m kept pretty much dry and odor free. Even tested how it would fare through a light workout and I still smelled fine. Last, no armpit irritation so far and it’s been about two weeks! If you can get past the scent, it’s definitely worth it, but they really should make other scents or at least an unscented option (just my opinion).

By far, the most effective antiperspirant I have ever used (and over the years I tried 20 to 30 options). I'm not sure why today, after using Certain Dri for more than 7 years, I decided to go down the rabbit hole of comments on amazon, during a re-order. Random. But I did and I could not believe all the negativity I read. It almost feels like a deliberate coordinated attack on the brand. I'm a lifelong, high metabolism, highly active man with intense consistent sweating, and for many frustrating years, I could not find any reliable product to keep my underarms dry... until Certain. Since I started using the product years ago, I have been 95 percent sweat free on a daily basis, with only the rare over the top stress induced trickle of sweat showing up. AND I can skip or miss a day or two, and it is still effective. This product changed my comfort level and confidence for the better many years ago, and I have never looked back. Kudos.

Great product and works very well because I over sweat! I’m not in love with the smell, but I am also pregnant, so I use a little of another deodorant spray over top of it and then I don’t smell it anymore. It lasts long. Although only reason for four stars is because I’m almost at the end of the bottle and it no longer sprayed, but there is some left. You can hear it when you shake it. I would say it has a fresh smell and it’s a great value for the money doesn’t cause any skin irritation or any stickiness. If you use a lot, it might ball up a bit. I would recommend it and buy it again for the strength!

The product works as described. However the 'extra fresh' scent smells like a men's cologne. I think I'm smelling strong spicy citrus (maybe bergamot) and lavender. At first I was reminded of Nautica Blue. I am still using it because I could care less and I don't think it smells bad but this may be off putting to some females who don't wish to smell like a men's cologne so I'm mentioning it in the interest of full disclosure. It is also a pretty strong smell. Meaning, if you move your arms a bit, you are going to smell it for a few hours. But it does work as described so I can't fault it. Just letting others know before they buy that the scent is not unisex but more masculine.

I have no idea how this Spray works. Because it causes such cloud of choking mist that me and my dog start coughing and choking on it. Let me be honest and let you judge for yourself. I am an amputate. I lost my left leg almost 5 years ago. (It is a very long story, which I don't need to explain for this review.) I have a very short stump. I finally got a liner and socket that fits and works for me. I have one last problem yo solve. My stump over sweating to the point my leg will come off. So to be fair I am not spraying a small area like an armpit or hands. Even with my stump I need to cover a good 8" on the outside of the stump then all around it. Plus went do this I need to lay on my back. So, I bought this spray not realizing that it was a spray until it arrived at my home. I have tried it twice as an additional application to another product being used at the same time. Because the first product I used 3 applications which seem to works a bit. This product I tried to use in combination to the other. I held my breath while I sprayed. Yet I had to breath after. The cloud of mist was way too much. I tried it a second time same thing happened. This time it was choking and making my dog and I cough so bad. So I must say this product should not be sold without a strong warning about the huge cloud of mist involved. Plus it should only be used on small areas such as armpits.

I've now bought this product on 3 occasions, and on two of the three I have had issues with the application system. My rating is based on that, otherwise the product works for me. I haven't tried it yet during the height of summer, so that rating may change. Back to the application, it says to expect the nozzle clogging from time to time, and the first time it happened for me, using warm running water helped resolve the issue. However, as the can neared its end I couldn't get any of the product out of it. The nozzle just wouldn't spray. On the second occasion, my current can, after a couple weeks of use it stopped spraying. The nozzle is too stiff to press and any product that is released comes out as a squirt and not a spray so I end up with liquid running down my underarms. There is still quite a bit left in the can so I know it's not that. Using warm running water doesn't help.

I knew I smelled this deodorant before. It's loud. But it's a good loud. Smells fresh from morning til the end of the day. I don't know why nobody told me about this version; the spray kind. I literally cannot put anything else under these arms but Dri. Oh! The powders by DRI work better for shoes instead of this. I think the spray is better for body odor. I've never used the roll on before.

Smells so fresh and clean. I have had zero skin irritation, dries immediately.

If you're planning to buy and use this on other parts of your body other than under arms. Save your money and go for the roll ons or products specially mentioning that you can use it for hands and feet. This is slippery and leaves a white residue so only suitable for underarm sweating. I'll update results with use. Update after 1 week use coming up 04.08.23 - I gave it to my brother becuase i didn't see much of an result bu the roll on is much better and less wasteful.
