Q: Can you reuse the small plastic pull pieces or are they only good for one dent?

I have been able to reuse the small plastic pull pieces. Simply clean the glue off of them. May want to use alcohol to get off all the glue residue, then you are more likely to get good adhesion of the glue to the plastic pull pieces.

Q: Does the slide hammer t-handle unscrew from longer rod? Ive seen a few that can unscrew and use as a mini puller.

yes it does but if you have dent bigger than a dime it will not work
