3M PPS (Original Series) 16124 PPS H/O Pressure Cup with Air Hose, Large, 28 oz, 1 Pack

This system is a must have in my opinion for the Fuji HVLP painting systems. It allows me to hold the paint sprayer at any angle which is a huge plus. It also allows me to clean up very easily. Don't forget to purchase the disposable cups and lids that go with this. I reserve 1 to put water in and spray through the gun into a 5 gallon bucket after i'm done painting. An added bonus of this system is that instead of cleaning out the metal paint cup of the HVLP system I simply remove the disposable liner and throw it away. This prevents a lot of paint from going into the septic system. You can use the same disposable cup for an entire painting session I usually only use 1 per day. This pressure cup is reusable and very sturdy and should last a long time.

I wish I would have gotten this system sooner. It works so well with the Fuji sprayer and makes It even nicer to use. I can keep several paints ready to go during a project and don’t have to clean everything between paints. Just the spray nozzle. Love it so far

Works better than I had imagined. Spray from any angle. I have a Titan Capspray 115 and I'm never going back to a standard cup.

Because this pressure cup is designed for the PPS plastic liners and lids to be installed, makes cleaning very economical and quick as compared to the gravity cup that was supplied with the spray gun. Because the pressure cup is independent of the liquid (the plastic liner collapses under pressure) the pressure intake system that enters at the lid does not get contaminated with paint. Because the paint is in the bag (liner) and not sloshing around in the cup there is no pressure release valve at the lid that needs to be opened every time the lid wants opening. The pressure release valve will get contaminated with paint and that requires a strip down for cleaning.

I use a Fuji Hvlp gun turbine and the messes I have made when spraying are epic. This all happens in my garage so I had to come up with a solution to the solvent and paint waste. Two tricks... this disposable cup liner system and a product called chemtool. Now I have literally cut my cleaning time down to minutes and solvent use to ml's not ounces. Finish my job . Recover the excess paint . Throw away the liner and spray Chemtool into the paint intake adaptor. Spray out the Chemtool about 3-4 times using less than 5 ml of chemtool then wipe the gun and done . Wow . Game changer for me . Love this sustem

It works well but the cup does not included the measuring insert as it is shown here in the pictures. You have to purchase those separately.

I have been using the 3m pps system for about 5 years now and couldn't be happier, I started out with the 3m hvlp gun connected to a compressor and loved it, when they came out with a pressure assisted version I loved it even more, now I switched over to a turbine system which I adapted to the pps system and couldn't be happier, no loud compressor, excellent atomization through my Fuji q5 turbine and gun. Excellent product from an excellent product system. Worth every penny.

Love the PPS system but the pressure cup hose is too long and unwieldy. I contacted 3M to inquire about getting a shorter hose or cutting this one but no one has responded.
