Ordered this with somewhat minimal expectations as the price was too good to be true. However after putting together and installing, I was shocked at the quality. Easy to assemble (took about 10 minutes), nice and heavy (so no concerns about it failing while driving). Fits nicely in the 2" hitch and the extra stability attachment is extremely useful (no movement while driving). Fit 4 bikes on it (was a little tricky getting them in and latched up but was able to). For the price, this is a great buy. Comparable to other big brand models that sell for twice as much. Strongly recommend!!!

So we decided to send this back because we decided that we weren't going to bring all these bikes but Amazon refused the return and told me to keep it. What a great freebie this thing is nice well-made and easy to take on and off and it works on my jeep with my extender so I can still open the back of the Jeep all the way. Thank you Amazon and supplier!!

I've used this 3-5 times per week for about 3 months. I took it on a 600 mile round trip to Moab.Pros: I can get it installed in about 5 minutes and uninstall it even faster. There is a device you install to reduce rattle. I experience almost no rattle with it installed. I don't ever worry about it breaking because it seems very strong/heavy. It mainly serves its purpose, especially for the price.Cons: I can only fit 3 bikes, just barely, even though it has the hookups for 4 bikes. A plastic cap on the end broke with first time I installed it, but it's not needed, so not a big deal. Full suspension bikes are pretty tough to hook up. During my Moab trip, one of the straps that holds the bike started to slide and could have slipped off the rack. I re-installed it, and by the end of the trip, the strap had come undone and half of my bike was bouncing around on the rack. I probably won't take it on a long trip again, but I use it for 10-20 minute drives 3-5 times per week and have not experienced any issue with the straps during those local trips.

Easy to assemble and attach to car! But I wouldn’t get for bikes that are smaller than 20”. I got it specifically to take my kiddos bikes and while I can make the 16” work, it’s not how it’s supposed to fit and I wouldn’t travel long distance with it. Nothing wrong with the rack, just wish I would have known that it isn’t best for kids bikes

It is a very good bike rack!! It holds bikes well and is very sturdy. My big hands broke the first rubber tie down strap as I was leaving for a long trip on vacation. Its ok as I was only carrying two bikes. My dilemma is once I returned home, I contacted the manufacturer. and here is what they said... Thank you for contacting us.
