I love the style of these little homes !!! They are not for beginners though and make sure you know how to convert mm to Cm I has extra thread and glue and scissors already from other kits!! I really like the details on this one though !!! I never finished it becasue my pieces got lost but I may buy another to completely finish it !!!!

Started on my house everything was fine until I got to the lawn chair and the wire for the bars are not in the bag so I skipped that for now went on then got to the tree got to the part where I have to put the brown clay on tree opened up the clay and it's completely dry feels spongy tried soaking in water did not work very disappointing due to not being able to do the whole house the way it should be

I did Quiet and Elegant Residence. It took me about 12 hours total and this is the 4th and smallest scale but largest overall kit I've done. Wood is prepainted. I was not missing any parts. The instructions were easy to follow but didn't have a lot of wording, mostly just diagrams. There were a couple times I had to guess but this won't be hard for anyone with a little experience. Pieces are sorted well and either labeled or there is also a chart showing the shape and size of every wood piece if you need to check.Pros: the theme is consistent, comes with extra beads, floral, fabric, etc, high quality materials, minimal wood warping, easy to customize and paint things as you want, comes with a dust cover.Cons: Some parts are very very small so tweezers are non-negotiable (unless you're into that) I couldn't find info on the exact scaling of this but it's about 1:28-30, some furniture items seem out of scale with each other, no extra wood pieces are given and some bits are so small that they'd disappear if you look away for a second, the stairs and one of the fence like divider walls were shorter than shown in the example photos and instructions, causing my finished product to look a little wonky.

Only thing I would add is better instructions and pleade add in proper glue like other kids sold online

I finished the kit after 2 weeks. You need a lot of patience especially making the door with the beads which is critical as you will use a simple thread same thing that you will run into with the string instrument. This required my full patience as some parts of the assembly needs delicate touch. It feels fulfilling when it was all accomplished. Will definitely buy again.
