I never knew water could taste this pure and delightful.
This is one of the times that buying the upgrade isn't frivolous. This filter is phenomenal. When you first use it, the water filters quite fast. But when it's near the 6-month mark and you need to replace it, it slows down significantly. I know that sounds silly (or annoying) but I always had filters that went at the same speed regardless of term-of-use. In other words, you know that it is still working hard by the end of the efficacy cycle. Alright, I am no scientist so that is all my assumption. Most important is the taste! I have literally never tasted better water. When I first moved back to Chicago, I thought the tap water was alright as far as taste. Then I got this Brita filter. Oh. My. Gosh. It's insanely delightful and refreshing!

Water fills quickly!?
Too quickly. Still unclear whether this thing is working or not. Stay tuned. UPDATE. This filter is used exclusively for our Keurig and Cuisinart. With this filter i have to clean massive amounts of calcium deposits, for both, every three weeks. With the original filters it was about twice a year. Brita ELITE.....epic fail! Do not recommend. Stick with the originals.

Easy, Long-Lasting Filters That Work Great!
I love using these filters with my Brita! They’re super easy to install and last a long time, which makes maintenance a breeze. The water tastes so much cleaner and fresher after filtering. Reliable, effective, and totally worth it!

Basic filter, but it does the job well enough
We have some really nasty ahh water. I mean, it's quite putrid since there's some sort of organic decay somewhere in the pipes and the stink of bacteria always proliferates in the kitchen. I actually don't think it's potable from the tap.We actually go through these filters every three months instead of the normal six. Whatever unholy rotting ahh is in the pipes, it does get filtered out and our water is very much clean afterwards. Here is a pic of how nasty our filters get every few months. Ewww.

Noticeably Better Taste, but Pricey for Long-Term Use
I’ve used standard Brita filters for years, but decided to try the Elite version after noticing more chlorine taste in my tap water lately. Installation was super easy—just rinse, insert into the pitcher, and go. Within a few hours, I could already taste a difference. The water is noticeably smoother and cleaner, and there’s no more chemical aftertaste. What I really like about the Elite filter is the 120-gallon lifespan. I don’t have to swap it out every couple of months like the standard filters. That alone makes it more convenient and eco-friendly since I’m throwing away fewer cartridges. That said, these are more expensive upfront, and if you’re not drinking a lot of water daily, it might not feel worth it. Also, the flow rate can slow down a bit after a few weeks, which surprised me since it's marketed as a higher-end option.Still, overall I’m happy with the performance. I’d recommend this to anyone serious about better-tasting water and less maintenance—but maybe wait for a sale or buy in a multi-pack to get the most value.✅ Pros:Great tasting waterLong 6-month lifespanEasy to install❌ Cons:PriceyFlow slows slightly over time

Best Quality filter
These filters are amazing and the water it filters tastes great. I’m usually not a huge fan of britas, so I bought these filters with a few others and these ones are by far the best.I heard that these were the best quality ones when looking online and agree. It’s very easy to put in and replace, and the water filters quickly. It is a bit pricey but if you want the best quality water, this would be good. I’ve had guests say the water tastes very clear as well.

Last me 3 months, not 6. Otherwise fine
I live by myself but these filters only last me 3 months each. Maybe I drink a lot of water, or the water quality in my city is bad. Other than that it's pretty good. Filters fast and water taste fine. When it gets really slow is when I know the replacement is needed. The light doesn't tell me anything. It's always green even when it's clear the filter needs to be changed. And I def installed it correctly.

Good water filter from Brita
I really like my Brita Elita filters. I have been through 2-3 of them by this point. I think they definitely clean the water and I will continue using them. they last just about 6 months per filter as per Britas recommendation. I have never had any issues with water quality or taste while using these Elite filters.
