Tight seal. Great for a small cigarette (ahem).
LOVE this little key chain container. It turned out to be the perfect size for a very small special cigarette. It's got a good tight seal that is water resistant and smell proof. I'm sure it's perfect for carrying a few prescription pills or vitamins in too. Love it!

Needed it, it works great. Bought a second one . Now I can take BP pills even after I forgot in the morning. I use it to carry my pills

Secure waterproof container works well and isn't to large
It's almost the perfect size, it holds around 8 standard advil tablets, which is great for most medicines. I use mine to hold lact-aid tablets and it's nice to always have something that is used frequently but not always on hand.It's well made, won't bend or break even when dropped or crushed under foot. Lasted approximately a year and a half. Very good value for money.
I bought this to carry my pills on my keys because I forget them constantly. It worked extremely well for that purpose, though over time the black coating wore off and the screw mechanism became squeaky and hard to close. After approximately a year and a half it no longer holds itself closed and falls apart. For three dollars, I am quite happy with this product. It was pretty much the perfect size and weight for my purposes. It served me very well while it did work and I am planning on buying another.

How did I manage without this?
This little gem of a pillbox is absolutely essential for me now. It’s well made, keeps moisture out, and allows easy access. I use it for stomach medication that normally has very hard to open blister packaging. The upgrade to using this has made me wish I bought something like this sooner. Great product! Thinking about buying another for my other bag

A bit cheap and makes a horrible squeezing noise after a while. But good to keep emergency medicine in my backpack.

Needed to carry some aspirin with me for a short period of time. Lid is easy on, easy off. Fits a few pills and is always with me when I have my keys.
