amazing
probably some of the best none OEM ambient lighting you can add to your interior if done properly. After adding this to my Mercedes C300 I can't get into anybody else's car without imagining what it'd look like installed in their car just because of how simple and universal it seems to be. App works great, and when installed correctly the fiber optic can be very bright especially at night. (It has adjustable brightness setting so don't worry about it being TOO bright)

Literally no idea how to install. So bad overal
If you’re going to sell something then at least include instructions with pictures and not a QR code that goes to a website that is in a foreign language and does not load fully. They try to get you to install a strange Japanese app that I have no idea of the credentials and even then that strange app doesn’t show you how to install the actual lights. The transparent wire( the part that lights up) does not connect into the holder they give you. I’ve never use these lights in the fact that these guys cannot get this right and I have to sit here struggling pisses me off

Easy install and good customer service
Installed on a Tesla model 3. East to install and bright enough on the center console which made a difference in night driving. Does turn off when Tesla powers down ~30 min. Contacted customer service to get a longer fiber optic for the dash. They sent the pieces quickly.

Beware - could be a fire hazard
Blue light went out and control box started smoking and overheated after 10 min of being plugged in. Otherwise was cool for the first 10 min.

Nothing works, lights are hard and complicated to work
Product was too hard to install, very complicated and the product doesn’t seem to work either.

Waste of one hundred dollars
Spent $100 dollars having these lights installed. Only to find only about 20 percent of them work. The app does not work at all, and the remote works sparingly. No way to reach seller for replacement on this site. Very upset and frustrated.

Tape is not strong. Garbage. Light works fine so far.
I’m very easy going person. But this time I am going crazy I spend 3hours to for my installation after light comes out. Tape for the light is not enough storage. Come off after 15min. Light itself is working so far no problem but duble side tape is not good. You have to spend another 30$ to buy tape 😔
