Item was vacuum pack and looked nothing like what was advertised. After looking at the reviews, i soaked it in warm water in the bath and it immediately sorted itself out. Product looks like it will do the trick now for fixing the water blade on my water feature.

The foam is far too coarse, is not consistent thickness, not straight edges looks like it was ripped off not cut straight. Sent this piece of crap straight back for refund

Initially I thought what ‘rubbish’ as it was all crumpled (first photo) due to being shrink wrapped but then I read the review that said you should soak in warm water and it is all good now(second photo). The seller should probably specify the need to do this really and also update dimensions which are incorrect. My piece was 40cm by 40cm.

When this arrived I literally thought oh dear I didn't order that and placed it to one side. Next morning it had regained its shape and even density so did what it said placed it in warm water and have used it in my aquarium.

Its brilliant, got loads of it to, a lot more than stated. people please soak it in warm water once you get it.

Terribly thought out, vacuum packed so tightly, that it's a complete wrinkled, flattened mess!! No longer a sponge filter like material! Tried fixing it myself by straightening it out but after 48 hrs it's made no difference! Waste of money

This has come all screwed up. It's not flat. Would like money back
