This Bone broth is very convenient for home,work and travel. The flavor is great,I usually have it for lunch and it is very satisfying. It mixes well,nice consistency and satisfies you when you are hungry but have no time. Just add hot water to the mix which comes in a convenient tiny pouch and is easy to open . Good product. Taste great! We mix it was grass fed salted butter and a little bit of mineral salt. We take it every morning when we first get up to assist us with out 17 hour daily fast until we eat at noon.
