The Classic Moscow Mule This is the classic cocktail invented way back in the forties. Using premium vodka and ginger beer makes a big difference for this drink, resulting in a drink that's a potent mix of spicy, sweet, sour, and boozy. Ingredients: Copper Mug Ice Cubes 1 ½ oz Vodka 4 oz Ginger Beer ½ oz Fresh-squeezed Lime Juice, plus a wedge for garnishUsing a copper mug, add a handful of ice cubes, followed by vodka and fresh-squeezed lime juice. Drop spent lime rind into mug, then top off the drink with ginger beer and garnish mug with another lime wedge. Add a splash of simple syrup if a sweeter drink is desired.
