Very useful massage pillow that I use every day. The motor is powerful and can penetrate deep tissue. This massage pillow helps to relieve my back pain and tense shoulders.In addition, Zyllion stands behind its products and provided excellent customer services. The company has promptly sent me replacement accessories and units whenever my units have issues.I highly recommend this awesome massage pillow to my family and friends. Product 5/5: I work from home and use this product daily. I'm in my 40s, work a desk job, and train BJJ so my neck, shoulders, and back are often sore. This massager allows me to work without any issues and really helps work out a lot of soreness.Maintenance 5/5: After a year and a half of daily use for 30 minutes to 2 hours per day, one of the plastic parts broke. The product has a zipper that makes it easy to access the internals and the part that broke is held in place with a standard phillips screw. Once I got the replacement part, it took maybe 2 minutes to replace and have back to fully functional.Support 5/5: When the above part broke, I contacted customer support from their website. They replied almost immediately and asked for pictures of the product and broken piece. After I sent pictures, they mailed me 2 replacement parts for free. I wish all companies stood by their products like this.

It is a pretty good design, but it could be stronger for deep work. Also , the massagers heads could stick out further for greater shiatsu effect.

While this product left me a little bruised the next day, this product helped get knots out of my shoulders, neck, lower, mid, and upper back. It lasts pretty long after charge, and also works while charging which is great because you can choose to use it pretty much whenever.Upon the arrival, the buttons for the Heat and Reverse were swapped. However, i was able to open up the product immediately and turn the control board around pretty easily. Overall the product is great and exceeded my expectations
