I opted for this brand (I was debating between this or Debrox, which I think is the "adult" version). However I really liked the natural ingredients that this CleanEars Baby was made with and so opted for this brand. My baby has not had any allergic reactions and while it is awkward to spray (I do find a time when my baby is more relaxed and doesn't notice this long tube about to go into his ears).
