The Silent War: The Horus Heresy, Book 37

Mixed bag of short stories like the last couple of anthologies. I'll give Corax a try but after that, I am done with anthologies for this series.Also "The Purge" short story about the Word Bearers killing their members who are loyal to the Emperor is a little out of place as this anthology is supposed to be all about Malcador's spy network and what they are up to during the HeresySpoiler below:I am glad that Loken is back! He is one of my favourite 30k characters! His "conversation" with Tarik was also very heartwarming as it hearkened to the beginning of the Heresy series which is arguably the strongest in terms of writing.

A collection of short stories which introduced readers to the forming of Knight Errants, or Sigillite's Chosens, and some background to the other Legion which fights for Horus. Tied in really well and explained many questions between each Horus Heresy novels. Even my kid is read it and couldn't put it down!

This book take place in Terra and other places. The stories (some are novels) show us how a different war has taken place under the leadership of the Sigillite as the emperor is busy elsewhere.This book contains for everyone, loyalists as well as horus supporters and well written.A long time I did not read a Horus Heresy book so entertaining.

Mentre al fronte le armate si affrontano dietro le quinte si combatte la guerra delle spie fatta di omicidi e tradimenti..Ottimo romanzo che pone in una luce nuova l'impero e non è una luce positiva..oltre a combattere gli eretici si combatte una guerra per il potere all'interno della gigantesca macchina creata per governare la galassia

Enjoyed this anthology. It didn't seem to have any weaker stories you couldn't wait to be done with. All of them were good.
