Does this fit an s&w .38 chief airweight model 37

I used it on a J frame model 36 and it fit great I am not sure on the air weight. It is a round but grip do if the air weight is a round but I think it will fit.

Will this fit a “Trooper” Mark 3 357 Magnum?

No. This particular grip is designed to fit only the S&W J-Frame series revolvers with a round butt frame. I suggest that you check to see if Hogue makes a grip that fits your Colt Trooper Mk3.

Will this fit my lady smith 642LS

The Lady Smith is a Centennial model so the Houge grip that will fit best is teh 60020 [60024, etc]. That's what fit perfectly on my 642 Airweight Centennial. No modification needed just a 38 special spent cartridge to install.
