What us the difference with the cream and the oil?

The oil does not have the add ingredients that the cream does. The cream has added ingredients that moisturize the skin the oil does not have. If you take the time to read the ingredients, you will see that the cream has a lot of added ingredients the oil does not have.

How is this homeopathic if it has methylparaben in it?

This cream is not a food product, so I would not worry about it. Methylparaben helps the shelf life of the cream, which could be a good thing as sometimes you want the cream to last a few years.
