Great Product and Support
I ordered one of these on Amazon, because I have Prime, otherwise I would have ordered it directly from www.Rydesafe.com. The design is great. The front light is super-bright, and takes no real estate on your handlebars. The light has a really heavy duty and long strap which you can fit to practically any bike. They recommend folding the extra length over and then connecting the silicone rubber strap. (see photos on how to do that)Although I've only rode with it one for about 6 hours, I never ran out of batteries. Thats because its a decent size, and since it fits on the top-tube its no big deal. It is supposed to go for 11 hours or so without charging. I don't usually ride at night for that long, but my evening rides sometimes go into the twilight hours when I need a bright light, or sometimes a flashing light in the urban zone I have to ride through. These days the roads are so bad, the extra light helps with pot-holes and makes me visible at intersections. No more dodging those left turning cars that are blowing through yellow lights! The only problem I ran into was that the USB connector is very deep inside the heavy duty rubber casing, which creates a problem for plugging it in. If it is not entirely pushed in, it may not charge. I've had problems like this with cell phones and USB charging devices. It is the old USB-micro (flat 2 sided -trapezoid, with bump on the bottom) which must go in to the hole right side up. (as opposed to the USB-C which can go in either way). Also the casing may prevent a good contact. I think this is an idiosyncratic problem which can be overcome with a little wiggling and a touch of bike grease.I had a very good experience with their Customer support team on their web site. (Chat bot worked for once, but I was patient and didn't close it right away, it took about 5 minutes.) I told them my problem, and they offered to send me a new unit. I offered to beta-test anything and give them details in return. Then I went back to the garage and applied a little grease and volla. it worked. There is a RED light that comes on when it is charging. When it finishes it turns GREEN. I might be donating the extra one to a bike group that outfits bikes for disabled riders, or a youth bike group. These guys are also the go-to place for other visibility products such as wheel and spoke reflectors. I am going to recommend them to my bike club, which has over 750 members, all of whom are in the market for this type of thing.

Bright. Sleek. Rechargeable. 11/10 Would Recommend.
The media could not be loaded. Easy on / off. Nice choice of colors to compliment my different bike's color scheme. Chose the Yellow/Pink on my Green Cannondale and BLACK ON BLACK for my Trek FX3 disc -- RydeSafe paid a ton of attention to engineering. Sturdy. Long-lasting battery. Head tube mount makes room on the handlebars for my bell and phone. The "breathe" function brings a nice bit of attention to the ride without the distracting nature of flash - Stoked RydeSafe started making lights.

not much charge and now it doesn't work
I like the concept and when it is fully charged it is plenty bright in daylight. The problem is It does not seem to hold a charge for very long. Also, unlike some lights, it does not give you any indication of remaining chargeUpdate: I have had it for almost 8 months and now it has quit working at all.

Did not charge- but good customer service
Item received would not charge. I contacted the company, who, after 2 days, replied with a very helpful and thorough email. Ultimately returned the item and went with something else.

Great bike light!
Does what it's suppose to do, and comes in great colors to match any bike.

Love it - easy to install and super bright
I was frustrated with my last set of lights and wanted something that was easy to take on and off for purposes of charging. The silicone band is perfect for this, I can take it off simply and put it on the charge. The other lights I've had constantly loosen, and I find myself tinkering with them all the time. The battery is great, and works decently long (even on the brightest setting). I'll definitely buy another pair when my e-bike comes in.

Very poor battery life - not good for lighting path
This bike light is adequate brightness and easy to use, but the battery life is very short. Also while it does provide some visibility, it is not effective for seeing the road. There are much better bike lights for this.

Already Replacing, Not Bright Enough
Bought this a year ago. It works fine, and I love the strap design, but it is just not that bright. I know this contradicts a lot of other reviews, but this light barely illuminates the road, especially when in the upright (installed on tube) orientation. I don’t feel safe when using just this light and definitely not for long periods of time.
