These are amazing! I have very thick, curly hair and my hair is extra healthy! My nails have grown so much. And! They're freaking delicious! I highly recommend these if you're looking for a great biotin supplement to take.

Good for candy purposes
I didn’t notice any difference but they taste so good that I truly looked forward to them as my “healthy candy”. To be completely honest, my skin and nails were worse buuuuut they’re really good. Maybe would try taking one every other day if I ordered again.

epic fail. didn't work to improve skin, hair, or nails.
I used this product for about a month and noticed no change to hair, skin, and nails. It doesn't taste good at all so, it is hard to chew it daily but I was really hoping for this product to improve my skin tone and help with hair strength.
