Short cable
The item wants to be plugged into the fuse box under the drivers side of the dash. That fuse box is shallow and if used there the cover would not be able to go back into place. I live in a climate where -40c is not uncommon and having an exposed fuse panel in the kick zone is a concern. Snow may go in the fuse panel direction. The main thing are the connectors. In the 2021 RAV4 Prime the 12v battery and its fuse box are in the rear passenger side of the vehicle. That fuse box can handle the fuse piggy back setup. This cable is not long enough to go there. I had purchased a spool of red, yellow and black wire to cut and lengthen the harness. Cable length is not mentioned in the posting. A longer option or an extension cable, as there is a clip, should be an option.
