These thermometers are OK - great to stick in various bags so you always have one when you are on the go. They seem pretty accurate and are easy to use. My concern is that the batteries are a bit costly and replacing them could add a lot to the cost of each thermometer.

This is a 60-second readout digital thermometer. I got a reading in 50s with 10s remaining. Very easy to replace the battery and is located at the top end of the thermometer. There is a removable battery cap with a symbol of a triangle. It uses LR41 batteries, which are button cell batteries typical of some of watches, calculators, etc. I like how fast it works! You get 3 of each in green, red, and blue colors. Each come in their own storage case.

But man, these thermometers are kinda low quality.Here's my problem with these thermometers. They're 60 second thermometers. If you're sick, and have a chronically stuffed up nose and the only way you have of breathing is through your mouth and in order to get a decent reading on the thermometer you have to close your mouth, you don't want to sit there gasping for air for a full minute waiting to know if you have a fever or not.Spend the extra money. Get a quick thermometer. You'll thank me for it when it matters.Other than being slow as Christmas, these thermometers are built as cheaply as they could be. Where there would be a button to turn the thing on, there is a plastic nub. The battery is replaceable if needed.Each individual thermometer costs $4.44. They may be worth $.44. If you need 9 thermometers, you can do better than this.
