Worked great on inside canvas of pop-up camper
My son bought a pop-up in rough condition. It had a ceiling leak which resulted in mold and water stains on the inside of the canvas. Son parked it in our driveway for his dad to help him fix it up, and I decided to work on the interior canvas. The mold and water stains were there for a long time. The before picture was taken after I had already tried cleaning it with a water/ dish soap/ small amount of bleach mixture. That did nothing. After reading other people's comments and reviews, this is how I cleaned it. I worked on a 1/4 section at a time of the canvas ceiling I made the Iosso mixture with warm water and put it in a spray bottle. I also used a sponge and spray bottle with just water. I sprayed the section to be cleaned generously with water. Then I sprayed the Iosso mixture and rubbed it in with a sponge. Because this canvas was so gross and set in, I let it sit overnight. The next morning I sprayed it with water, and scrubbed with the sponge. At first I was disappointed that the stains only lightened a little. It took several rinses with water only using the spray bottle and scrubbing with the sponge, but the canvas turned lighter and lighter. It did not remove everything, but I'm going to treat it one more time. I am giving this 5 stars because I don't think any product could have made this look perfect based on the severe mold and water stains that we had, which had likely been there for years. I'm happy with the result. The interior curtains for this pop up were also covered in mold and water stains. I first treated them with oxy clean, and ran them through the washer. No improvement. I washed them again adding two scoops of the Iosso powder with no other soap, and they came out great. It removed 95% of the stains on the curtains. It did not fade the color at all, and they smell great too.

Completely Removed a Thick Mold Stain
I have an RV awning made of Sunbrella material that was rolled up for five months. It grew some thick black mold in several places, it could be scraped off with a fingernail and was greasy to the touch. It may have even been Black Alge, I donโt know, but nothing would take out the remaining stain after cleaning with Dawn and Oxyclean. I was reluctant to use bleach and fade out the Tan color of the material that was over a grand to replace. I followed the instructions and started by dabbing the mix on the material with a cloth on the stains. Since the material is about 7โ X 18โ and non-removable it had to be cleaned in place. Keeping it moist with the solution was a challenge, after some experimentation I found the best way was to put the solution in a spray bottle and squirt it on in a stream to keep the area wet. It works very slowly, I sprayed two days in a row, every fifteen minutes to keep it wet, for six hours each day At the end of each day, I rinsed the material completely and allowed to dry before rolling up the awning overnight. At the end of the second day the stains were completely gone, no residue, no stain and best of all no damage to the material. During this process I used about 1/2 of the container. The awning is seven years old and looks brand new, this stuff works, but you must be patient.

Took care of the job
Mixing directions are easy, application is easy, took care of the majority of stains that had accumulated over 2 1/2 weeks of camping in thunderstorms. Not sure how it would do on long set stains, but those that were recent. It did a very decent job of removing. I would say the value for the cost is good.

Quality cleaner!
My 3 star rating should not reflect the quality of this cleaning product, only my disappointment of applying the product multiple times and leaving for multiple lengths of time before rinsing off on the fabric side of the canvas. It did however, work miracles on the vinyl/canvas side(removing years worth of mold and mildew) and definitely did not color fade anything. I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures to document how well this product worked(lesson for my future endeavors) for my camper canvas as it was a miracle worker(after trying multiple other cleaners and solutions) All in all itโs a great product for half of my cleaning project, the other half(fabric portion) I will have to find something else for.

MIRACLE WORKER!
This is a miracle worker! It saved a vintage blanket that had moisture exposure and was headed for the dump. I can't say enough good about this product! You do have to be patient- it needs time, several applications, and more time as it slowly works it's magic. It today's world too often we expect instantaneous results- be patient with this one! It is THE ONLY PRODUCT I know of that can remove mold stains without destroying the original color or integrity of fabric. ๐ฏ with every single penny!!!

Incredible - takes patience, but it definitely works
I wish I had taken before and after photos, because the results were unbelievable. I had brand-new Matouk white towels still in the bag, and they got wet and I forgot about them. Next thing I know they are covered in black and yellow and brown spots and dots everywhere - completely disgusting. My husband wanted to throw them out, but I wanted to see if I could salvage them because they are expensive. First I soaked in OxiClean, which turned the water neon yellow. I washed them in extra hot water a few times, but they were still covered in horrible spots. I thought that the mold was out, but they were just thoroughly stained. I bought this stuff, and mixed it in a spray bottle and sprayed each and every spot (there were a lot). The directions say it needs to be used when the cloth is wet, so I applied it after I took the towels out of the washer. I let it soak and scrubbed. I repeated half a dozen times, and put them through the washer on extra hot for a super thorough rinse a couple of times in between. The towels look brand new now, and you wouldn't know that they had been completely covered in gross spots everywhere. It took patience, but it definitely worked.

Doesn't clean the tough stains
This is a pretty expensive product given the small quantity you get. Bottom line...it won't remove tough stains from boat canvas. For example, I had a problem with a too-friendly otter hopping up on my boat, sunning itself, and bringing along its fish catch to disassemble and eat while sitting on my canvas. Then, it left the fish guts and a load of poop on the canvas. This cleaning product didn't even come close to removing those stains. So don't waste your money on it. Here's what does work unbelievably well โ Cascade powdered dishwasher detergent. Get a cheap toddlers plastic swimming pool or a large plastic bin. Add hot water, sprinkle in some detergent, layer in some canvas, and keep layering in the detergent and canvas until it's all submerged. Mix it around a bit with something that won't damage the canvas, and leave overnight. Your canvas will be as good as the day it left the factory next morning. Rinse all the detergent out of the canvas and lay it out to dry.
