Last forever
I swap these out every 3-4 days. I take one out, and put in a different one. Then hose the dirty one out until it is clean. Then I use it again when the other one is dirty. I've done this for almost a year and am still on my first two.In the winter I rinse as well as I can then throw it in the washing machine.

Product fell apart after a few washes. Nothing fancy just with a nozzle and hose.

Not worth it
Dont care for these too much. They dont tightly fit so it leaks around the ring. Way too long not allowing good water flow. Have to change too often.
