Mask doesn't turn on anymore. Should it automatically turn on when plugged in?

Yes…. Make sure all are plugged into mask…. You must select on white device what you want …and then it turns on must select on panel what you want … then it comes on … I love mine

Can it be used without the neck section?

Dear CAT, These are branded sealed masks and not returns. There might be rare cases by mistake if a couple of them might be delivered without seal but in general, all our masks are sealed. The ones sold through the website and here are the same and we are running some offers here for a limited time. Also, if you see, we sell it here under the same brand VOGUENOW.
