Assembly required which is unusual
Read description carefully. You have to assemble this yourself which is a pain. I have bought these types of products from Amazon and several other discount retailers, and I never have to assemble them. For this cost, the product should come assembled.

Difficult to put together. Buy something that is already assembled. Took forever!

Great size and durable. Didn't know we had to place all of the letters on the string, so prepare to spend a few minutes doing it prior to hanging it.
