For a long time I've taken either regular C (Abscorbic Acid) or Ester C type of supplements. But even then, at times - especially towards the evening hours, I experienced stomach discomfort - usually along the lines of acid reflux of some type. What do I do now, I thought? Then one day I discovered Liposomal Vitamin C and its increased nutritional benefits. So I gave it a try, purchasing this particular Liposomal variety. I'm glad I did because I no longer experienced the discomfort that I had previously with the other types of C products. I found this to be a welcomed relief. They recommend (on the bottle) that you take two capsules a day - making it 1400 MG. But even if you take just one capsule, it's 700 MG, which is still a good amount (which is what I take). So yes, in my book, this Liposomal Vitamin C is a winner and I highly recommend it. As always, "your mileage may vary," as all of our bodies are different. All I can do is to comment on how a particular supplement has affected me.

my white blood cell count was messed up for a few months. Physician's Assistant told me to take this special Vit C that is better absorbed. If you don't absorb vit C it goes thru you and comes out in urine (you know bc you smell it). This product took several months at 2/day dose, before I maxed out. works great and 1 bottle lasts a long time.

This has been a very good version of Vit C, and my body absorbs it easily. I even like the color because it is easily identifiable! I will be buying this again very soon. Thank You!
