I love these!
I really like these masks. I have used a lot of sheet masks over the years, these ones definitely stand above the rest. The material they use for this mask is very cool feeling and it is very relaxing to wear. My skin was so soft after using this mask. I really enjoyed it. 10/10 will use again.

I love these masks!
These are my favorite masks. They are so hydrating and make my skin dewey. The first time I used one and went to work, I got sooo many compliments about how “refreshed” I looked. Wow. I will keep buying for sure.

Too Much Wasteful Packaging; Creamy and Hydrating
I've noticed a trend in some of the new Korean skincare sheet masks I've been getting recently. Many of them are formulating their hydrating essences, saturating the mask material, to be a white water-gel like consistency that melts into the skin. Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) flower water also seems to be a trending ingredient all of a sudden. I'm simply speculating, but don't be surprised if we see more chamomile-focused product lines appearing on the skincare market in the coming months. 2019-2020 were the years of Centella Asiatica and mugwort. I'm predicting chamomile will be next.Anyway...back to the When Premium Bio-Cellulose Sheet Mask set (in extra-hydrating, orange packaging). When-brand does offer similar masks in other formulations: firming, anti-aging, radiance, refreshing, etc. I received the extra-hydrating.Pro: The formulation of the essence is nice. It doesn't have an overpowering or offensive smell. It has a hint of flowery citrus (to me), but they didn't go overboard with the added fragrance. I do wish skincare makers wouldn't add fragrance to their products. Thankfully, the odor is not heavy-handed and does not linger.Con: At the time of purchase, these were priced out at ~$6 per mask. 12x and you get why I find this to be a con. Sheet masks, even high-end ones, are usually not this expensive. A near $70 price point for a box of 12 nearly prices them out of the general skincare market. I believe When-brand does offer a less expensive variety pack of their sheet masks, so at least those who are interested can try them out for less. Still, just because you call something premium, doesn't necessarily make it so.This is not what I would call a luxury-quality level mask. The make and ingredients are good, but they don't justify this price point, to me, given my experience with Korean skincare and the other sheet masks I've tried over the years.Pro: The product is soothing, hydrating (not excessively so), and absorbs well into the skin. It also seems to be suitable for all skin types, as far as I'm concerned. I have mature, sensitive, acne/reactive prone skin. This didn't break me out or cause a rash, or an unpleasant product reactive rosacea flare. The mask is gentle enough for the inordinately long suggested wear time of 30 minutes. Most instruct users to don these things for 20 minutes, in my experience. Just don't wear it for longer than 30 minutes.Con: Way too much wasteful packaging. This is a standard, single-face-cut bio-cellulose sheet saturated in essence. They've packaged it so it has 3 layers: a plastic film, a waxy paper liner, and the mask sandwiched therein so it is easier for the user to unfold it. Masks simply require patience and a gentle hand to unwrap, unfold, and lay the mask against the face. The additional layers are unnecessary/wasteful.

Worth It but some Aesthetic Caveats
When's Extra Hydrating mask delivers on my ever changing 50yo skin. The results completely justify 70 bucks for 12. They're Salon Quality.However... The mask itself it disturbingly weird feeling & looking. As I've been using these for weeks, I've searched for politically correct words. There are none. So, I'll just paint a picture. It feels like thin, lubricated latex. The kind you would use for "protection".I hope you get my inference bc I'm Just Not gonna say it.To the touch, it's cool. The mask will stick together so, take your time.Pull back the paper sheet. Slide the mask off the backing, onto your face.Even on my full face, covered well including eyes.I use the paper sheet to soak up the extra serum in the pouch & stick it to my neck. The plumping results really are amazing & the moisture lasts overnight. It's become my nighttime routine, as it's all I need to do to wake up refreshed. That right there, to me, is worth the price to skip my 5 step ritual. There is one thing I debated on sharing but,if you're a visual person, you may need to know this.Bc this is a latex-like material, it's translucent, like a Halloween mask.I can't get past the lacquered look of my face with painted down eyebrows.Makes you look like a stalker from PLL or Purge or some other thriller.Neither can my other half. I have to quarantine when I wear it.It freaks him out & he's seen a lot of beauty treatments. When definitely delivers.Just gives a lil extra aesthetically that may be surprising. But if your face really needs help, it's worth it.
