Delivery and Unboxing It came well packed with no external damaged (such as bashed corners) when it was delivered. Upon opening the box, the items were packed very neatly rather as you find Ikea furniture, so there was no movement of the items in the box. Assembly The supplied instructions were generally OK with number items in separate bags. Keeping all these items separate is key to avoid confusion as some of the screws and fittings are alike. Upon following the sequence of assembly it could be argued that one important point not mentioned was not to tighten the screws all the way during assembly when handling the top and bottom shelves. This means that you can align the holes and keep everything 'flexible' until you are ready to put the hifi stand upright. After the top and bottom shelving, along with the back supports are fitted, adding the shelves (x2) is quite straightforward. Finish The overall quality of the finish, while it is plastic foil coated MDF, was quite good with most of the joins in the foil on the shelves flush with no gap. Only one shelf had about 1mm gap in the plastic foil but this was at the back of the unit so hidden from view. The metal frame was nicely powder-coated in black paint. All the screw and bolts holes aligned too. This hifi shelf unit was purchased as it had similar shape and form to the furniture already present in the room. The dark walnut effect with black metal frame matched well. Overall, factoring in the price, the hifi stand is good value and is recommended.

Great stylish hi fi stand does the job and looks great, very heavy solid unit great quality. Plenty of room would be great for what ever set up you have.

This was an end of year gift to myself. It had been on my wish-list since the summer. It arrived much quicker than expected. I ordered on the 21st Dec and was delivered on the 23rd; even though estimated delivery was 2nd January. It is really well packaged. The instructions are nice, big, clear ,step by step pictures and the hardware came in packs labelled with the part numbers. I like that the paint on the metal is a nice powdery matt finish. The construction has been well thought out, so It went together really well. So why only 4 stars? It is not exactly as pictured. The bottom shelf is flat around the edge, rather than having a chamfered edge like the top one, I actually think it looks better that way though and prefer it. The back supporting part is a metal rectangular frame, rather than the two strips of laminate board shown in the pictures in the listing. Which is probably more structurally sound and I expect cost more to produce , but it is going to make it more difficult for me to hide the "spaghetti" of wires. Final little imperfection, is that I bought the white version, but all the hardware was black. I realise that paining bolts white might not be practical, but would have preferred plain steel bolts and screws and think that white corner joints, shelf supports and especially the hole covers would have been better. I do think it was worth saving up for. The quality is good value. But just not exactly as pictured. Have added photos to show actual p[roduct.

Didn’t take very long to build and looks fantastic, very happy with the stand. It took some creative thinking to sort out cable management but definitely wouldn’t take a star off for this.

I bought this as I decided it was about time I had a proper stand for my turntable and HiFi components, after all I’ve only had them 10 years! The stand itself is fairly easy to put together, the instructions are ok. There was a bit that really confused me, and the instructions and video were not a great help but I worked it out. I am though not very good at this kind of thing so it may well be a me problem! The item itself is really well packaged, and feels premium from the moment you get the box and this continues when you open it. All in all it took around an hour for me to build it. I did it by myself but there are some tricky bits. When finished the look and feel of the product is spot on, it’s made from heavy high quality materials and has no bother providing a solid platform for my hifi separates. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a hifi rack.

I recently assembled this unit, and it took only a short while to do it by myself. It looks fantastic and fits perfectly with my Stanton turntable, which I was initially concerned about as I was uncertain if the top tier shelf would be wide and deep enough to hold it. The dark brown shelving adds a touch of class. I'm considering ordering a second one for my other turntable, as they would look great side by side. Overall, I am very impressed with this product. Sturdy and well made, looks good

As other reviews have mentioned, the start of the build process is a real hassle. Found it much easier to take the instructions a little out of order and partially secure the legs together early so they wouldn't constantly fall apart at every slight movement. Other than that, the rest of the install went extremely smoothly. Everything slotted or screwed in without trouble. Holds all my starting Homelab equipment, and there's more than enough room for me to chuck a NAS or two in as well. Vertical space feels limited but it's manageable if you plan your hardware around it. You can drop the 3rd shelf to provide it with the most height, but obviously that makes the bottom even smaller. The power strip holder at the back is too small to hold UK power strips properly, meaning they have to be laid in at an angle. But it does still feel secure. All in all really happy with my purchase, can't wait to fill it with more equipment!

He comprado dos unidades de estos muebles para organizar mi colección de equipos de audio (amplificadores, reproductores de CD, pletinas de cassette, DAC, tocadiscos, etc.) y estoy realmente satisfecho con el resultado. Lo que más valoro es su excelente gestión del cableado, ya que permiten mantener las conexiones bastante ordenadas incluso cuando se utilizan muchos aparatos a la vez. En mi caso, tengo instalados numerosos componentes Hi-Fi y el acceso a la parte trasera resulta cómodo para conectar, desconectar o reorganizar cables. Otro punto fuerte son las ruedas, que convierten el mueble en una solución extremadamente práctica. Poder desplazar fácilmente varios equipos pesados para limpiar, hacer pruebas o cambiar conexiones es una gran ventaja que no suele encontrarse en otros muebles de este tipo. El montaje fue sencillo, con instrucciones claras y piezas bien ajustadas. Una vez ensamblados transmiten una sensación de gran solidez y resistencia, incluso soportando bastante peso repartido entre varias baldas. Además, la estética es moderna y combina muy bien con equipos de audio clásicos y actuales.
