Extremely poor quality product. I purchased this tap thinking it would be durable and premium because of the SS-304 stainless steel claim, but within a short period of use it started giving multiple problems. The biggest issue is water leakage. The tap started leaking from the joint area and sometimes even after fully closing it, water keeps dripping continuously. This is very frustrating and wastes water every day. Another major problem is water flow stoppage. The flow suddenly becomes very slow or stops unevenly, which makes regular use difficult. I had to repeatedly clean and check the tap, but the issue keeps returning. The internal quality clearly feels cheap and unreliable. The black bronze finish also does not hold up well. Water marks, stains, and scratches become visible very quickly, making the tap look old and low quality. The handle feels loose, and overall the product does not feel sturdy at all. Installation was also troublesome because the fittings were not properly finished. Completely disappointed with this purchase. The product may look stylish in online photos, but in actual use it performs terribly. Definitely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend spending a little extra and buying from a more reliable brand instead of wasting money on this.

Ok ok product.... Quality is a bit low

Decent product, good looking. But reduced the rating after 2 months since the product had developed a very very tiny hole(smaller than a safety pin tip) at the handle and water was leaking drop by drop due to water pressure. Had to close it with Fevikwick gel. But otherwise had no issues in general.

I bought these good looking taps for my new home but that's the only good thing about it. 😶 Taps should be heavy duty and sturdy to last for a long time. Moreover, it should withstand the corroding nature of water due to the uncertainty of its hardness. This tap is of the worst kind. Do not go for beauty and get taps which will give you good results over time. Below are some negative points as per my experience after less than a months usage. 1. Very lightweight. Made of substandard material 2. Got rusted after 10 days of installation 3. Water was leaking from the base and the joint where the mouth meets the body. The aerator also got rusted. 4. After complaining to Pixaflo, their response was late and they responded after 15days. By that time the return window had also closed. 5. The washers are not good and gathered algae die to water leakage. 6. Tap gets water stains easily which are hard to clean. I would advise buyers to go for premium brands to get the most out of their products.
