Delighted with this chair
Comfortable, attractive, small size which fits a small lady, however my medium size son , who put it together, may order one for himself.

Revising my previous review...with a much better one now!
Another up dated review. After contacting the company about the base breaking without any response; the additional warranty that I purchased for $79 conveintly ran out. I sent them a picture of the broken base and have now thrown the base into the burn pile. I am now using the chair without any option to turn the chair. The chair is comfortable but no longer serves the purpose of turning the chair. Not a happy customer...think twice about purchasing this chair. I should have just bought the cheaper option and the company dies not respond. The company even requested me to verify my shipping address; but have not received any thing since that time. This is updated review. Purchased in June of 2021; when you swivel the chair; it has a grinding sound; tried to add oil all around the bottom and it did not help. Then the screws came loose for the rocker bottom and the chair almost fell off when getting up from it. It is difficult to get the screws back in tight as it came assembled and you cannot get to them to tighten them. Now the foam in the arms have shifted; your arms rests on wood instead of a soft foam. The material on the foot rest is coming off at the corner. You do not even use the corner and we keep a throw on it all the time so nothing touches it; so it must have been too tight when it was made. We do NOT have children here and no one sets in this chair but me so it has NOT been abused in any way. The chair is nice to look at and is very comfortable to sit in, However, it is very low to the floor so on day 1 I purchased a cushion to add height to the seat. If you are older or have bad knees this chair will not work for you. Over all, I would NEVER purchase this chair again no matter how nice it looks. Dont be deceived by the good looks and the nice comfy feel as it does not hold up. I am contacting the seller once again about the problem. I did purchase the extra warranty but the original warranty isnt even expired yet. Buyer asked for a picture; a picture does not show even part of the issues; only that the bottom has become unattached from the chair and you can fall backwards if you try to recline in it or even move a little to the back *****I am updating my review and with an apology to the company! Today I received a new base and seat for my chair! I actually did NOT think that I would hear from them again! After sending them a picture of the broken part and my address I had given up! SHAME ON ME! Today a new base and seat arrived! I am so happy! I loved this chair from day one until the issues showed up; with no replies from the company. I had purchased an extended warranty and even it had expired! But the company finally honored the warranty and sent the replacement part! YES, I would buy this chair again!

Do this when assembling to fix the issue
I am taking out a star only because of this minor assembly mistake that seems to be annoying a lot of buyers. The labels on the armrests are incorrect. Install the armrest labeled R (right) on the LEFT arm and the L on the RIGHT arm. This is the problem most reviewers are struggling with. If you actually follow the instructions on this, the holes do not align properly and the bottom end of the armrest pad interferes with the tension knob. Chair seems good so far. Stylish and perfectly sized for tight quarters. Not too small, not too big. Iโm 5โ9โ and I have a footrest pillow raising my legs but my elbows sit on the armrests without much shoulder drooping. That should give you an idea of how it fits. The back of my head is not touching the headrest. You will need to get a chair headrest pillow if youโre like me and like to lean back. Feels like a lot of lower back support. I am currently testing for extended occupancy after effects by not standing up from it for 94 days. I will update my review at that time if my I am still aware of my surroundings.

Perfectly fine. Looks really great.
Well... I almost wrote a bad review for a perfectly good chair. I made a mistake when I went to put the armrests on, and just to be sure that I wasnt about to get assaulted by the internet, I went back to the instructions for a fourth time just to be sure I didnt miss something. Anyways, I'm just going to leave the origional review as its, because it still has some good information in it. I have one complaint about this chair. The seams all look like my 200lb *** is going to tear them apart. They do not look sturdy enough for the average 6.2' male. If I am wrong, I will come back and fix the review, probably. I actually really like the look of the chair. When I picked up the boxes from the porch I could tell that this was going to be a rough experience. I know my UPS driver and she's very good so I dont thing the boxes had anything to do with her. However, the way the box was taped made me immediately think that this was a returned product from an unsatisfied customer. All of the screws and washers were thrown into the same bag together and they were wrapped in a way that made it look like Ronald Weasley just pulled them out of his sweaty pocket on the train to Hogwarts. I'm a smart guy, I can separate by size and shape and count up to the quantity on the instructions. Honestly, none of this really bothered me. The chair looks really good and will fit really well for what I had planned for it. That was until I went to attach the armrests. There are holes drilled into the bottom of the armrests, and the top of the chair fixtures that they are supposed to be screwed onto... There are two 8" x 2" plates that go in between the armrest and the fixture on the chair. They are important! If I believed that this chair could hold up to 200lb for at least 3 hours a day and last for at least 2 years, then I'd give it 5 stars. It looks great. It's comfortable. I just cant attest to its durrability.

A great recliner!
Although the box arrived damaged and retaped a few times, the product was in perfect shape and assembled easily enough. I find it very comfortable, fulfilling all of my needs and expectations. I will probably order another one, if I can work through the delivery system.
