The light pattern is not a solid light like most led panels. Instead it looks like a bunch of little led bulbs behind a piece of plastic. It works, but looks like crap.

So we bought these to replace the old style 2x4 flourescent bulb troffers in our church. so far we have ordered a total of 16 of these lights and they make a big difference in the amount of lighting they provide. Everyone is happy with these. Our electrician said they were easy to install. However out of those 16 we did have 1 of the lights came bent. I contacted Amazon since the order was fulfilled through them and they gave me a hard time on the refund/return of the defective item. The issue was that since each box comes with 2 lights in each box they wanted me to return 2 lights not just one, I explained that I couldn't do that because all lights were already installed except the one. The Amazon rep said I had to return the box complete with the items so I could get the full refund. After going back and forth for a while, They said all they could do was just give me a 50 dollar refund (which I guess is ok? doesn't cover the entire cost of one light since I paid 159.00 for the set so we are out 30 bucks) So just fyi if you are buying many lights at a time make sure to inspect them and if you have a bent one like we did, keep that set aside and return the set for a full refund so you can just repurchase a new set. Other than this issue the lights are working great and I think they look great and illuminate the rooms much better than the old lights we had before. I will update in a few months to let everyone know about the longevity of these

Bought 6 lights, they came as a 4 pack & 2 pack at different times, and the 4 pack had one damaged light on the back & one corner on front. We tried to contact Hykolity by phone, but no answer. They did call back however & left a message to call back - I choose to email seller instead, which they responded, but it went to junk mail, eventually we got a follow up email which we responded to & since the light worked & we were able to adjust the dent on back( couldn’t fix front, but once installed, hard to see damage) they gave us a discount & refunded the amount quickly to my credit card - which is very good customer service. We ordered all 2x4 daylight lights which are very bright, we didn’t do the dimmer, but may do later. I love the brightness in my finished basement & unfinished section as well. We do have wall lighting with dimmer in finished area when we don’t want bright lighting. They were easy to install, very light weight & look awesome! Great product.

Good LED panel

I purchased 18 fixtures and one did not work. I contacted customer support and with limited dialogue got a replacement with virtually no hassle. Lights work and look good. Shipping will likely be the reason one of the fixtures did not work. It's nice to work with a seller that has an empowered customer support team!

It’s bright & nice but it’s little hard to install in a flat surface!!

There was a slight misunderstanding in my order. I thought I ordered 2 of the 4 packs. When they showed up, there were only 2 of the 2 packs. When I messaged the seller, they explained that the 4 packs are no longer available, but I only paid for 2 packs, so was not overcharged. I needed more than 4 total and was able to get what I needed. Thanks for the great communication! BTW, we absolutely love these lights! They make a dramatic difference over the old fluorescent bulbs and ballasts. It's a great thing when you flip the switch and the lights actually come on!
