Are they shipped by snail mail?

Of course they are sent by snail mail ------ I'm pretty sure they can't be sent electronically

If we can't immediately eat all 24 snails, could you please tell me how long the remaining ones may be stored in the refrigerator?

I never can eat all 24 snails in one sitting. So, I prepare the entire can with butter, 4 cloves of Garlic, 1/4 cup red wine. Heat 'til ready. Let what you can't eat cool then freeze in individual serving sizes. The Wine preserves the snails for about 4 months. Make sure you use "Freezer Baggies".

No they are from Indonesia. However they are in the "French" style. Same type. I cook them as if they were french.
