While yoga is great exercise, if the various positions are not done correctly you can get hurt. The demonstrator is clear with each position and the narrator is very good at describing what to do.

The DVD failed to play neither my DVD player or laptop computer. I used the VLC program on my laptop that can play just about any file - it would not play. I saw in other reviews that others could not get their copy to work before I ordered mine. I thought that was just chance failure. Nope! Add me to the fail list!P.S. I returned the first DVD & ordered a second copy... NOPE! It did not work either!

Very intense yoga session.

Amazon replaced the first copy of this DVD when it did not work; however, the second copy does not work either. Pure Nude Yoga emailed me that it could be the way Amazon does the DVD copy from the master. DVDs from Pure Nude Yoga purchased through Amazon worked in earlier copies. The two most recent ones have not worked.
