You get what you pay for. Sick of cheap bands snapping so ordered these to try them. Straight away you can tell these are a quality item. Already using them and you can tell the difference. Obviously time will be the real test but I have a feeling these will last. If they do then I will more than likely be ordering the heavier bands from them. Really helped that the postage was free with Amazon on these and they arrived much quicker than I expected.

I continue to add to my collection of Serious Steel bands. They are of top quality. I am now on the way to completing a second complete set. Better resistance than other name brands. However if you require bands for recovery the bands will not work for you. The band here is there unit with the least resistance. This particular band will work for 90% of users. I have owned the bbrand name for 1.5 years and no snaps are wearing out. I do use snap hooks with the bands as they are polished steel and rounded. I will never use the fabric door anchors as these cause too much friction and will wear out the band. If you must use the fabric door anchor place a carabiner snap hook on it than mount the band oin the snap hook.

I used this in my gym & really liked it. I got one for home & it is the best exercise!! Easy to do, feels really good, and this band is portable - you can take it with you on vacation or hotel. I really like this one. And I used to be a slug, so if you feel lazy & want to try "a little something," this is it.

I bought these to Mostly use for warming up my shoulders before lifting. For what they are, they are just fine. They are doing exactly what I bought them for. As for the long term quality, we'll have to see. I suspect they'll last a long time if they're used for what they are meant for and kept inside out of the sunlight. Very good price. Very fast shipping.Update 14Dec18: I use these bands every time I go to the gym. So far they’ve not broken, I’ve not seen any fraying and I haven’t noticed any reduction in their resistance. I’ll definitely buy these again. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars.
