I got this for my leopard gecko. Usually we bought the screw in uvb bulbs & whilst they worked they took up a lot of area in his Viv. With this light, you can easily set it up at the top of the Viv (behind the wood if you have sliding glass doors) & that stops you being blinded anytime you think of looking for you gecko. It's the perfect size & quality for my Viv l. I have mine plugged into an Alexa plug so she controls his light according to his actual habitat (took some doing but was ok). Great value for money & works better than the screw in bulbs.

Used to light a 3ft by 2ft vivarium. Partner did not think it would be powerful enough but now admits it's perfect. Easy to fit as well. Perfect size. Good value for money and works well with a timer

All my snakes and geckos thoroughly enjoy their UVB, particularly my colubrids. It’s very easy to install - it’s important to note that minis CANNOT be attached to Pro’s. I find the minis light up 2, 3 & 4ft vivariums really well, however for anything 24 inch tall and higher, the minis will struggle. I’ve got over 10 minis, all of which are connected to each other, they’ve grown my grass, pothos, china doll, china money, snake plant, fern and ivy beautifully.

The light is great but the fittings are a bit rubbish. Instructions were no help but plenty of you tube hits to help
