Easy to apply and diffuses light well.
The media could not be loaded. I brought this for my bedroom window to help my plants get an indirect light. I noticed some of my plants where getting crispy due to the harsh direct light, which this has resolved. Application was easy, clean the window, spray with soapy water, the apply and cut. Even after using a squeegee to get the water out a bit was left causing a smear, but within a few days it all evaporated and now it looks perfect. So just remember it takes a day or two for all water to evaporate after application.

Very good
The product has a grid on to make it easy to cut. It adhered really easily and looks great and looks like it will hold for a long time. I would recommend cleaning and drying the window thoroughly using a window squeegee as this made applying bubble-free a breeze.

Easy to place - great blackout
I used it on a window between the corridor and a bedroom to stop the light coming in the bedroom. very easy to cut and stick on the window and it stays there no problem. Since then my son has been sleeping much better

Privacy is good, but lifts at the edges and doesn’t look good.
Used this to put on the windows of my garden studio. Privacy wise it does a pretty good job! Can’t see in, can’t see out. But still get good light.Application:It wasn’t too bad with just one person but I was doing 12 little panes not one big pane. I can see if you were doing a large pane you would need help. Also, and I can’t stress this enough, don’t use soapy water, only use plain (we used filtered) water. If you use soapy water as suggested by some other reviewers, yes it might go on smoothly but you’ll be left with a horrible smeary finish. I had to remove the first few I did and redo them with plain water afterwards. How it looks:Unfortunately some of the edges just won’t stick down, because it’s rolled so tightly, they won’t stay flat and so just curl up. Not too noticeable from the outside in daylight but from the inside and especially when it’s dark outside is super obvious. Every other panel has a lifted edge. I imagine if you got double the amount you need then you’d eventually find enough good sections that it would work with no lifting. Some peoples have gone on so cleanly that I may contact the seller with images to see if that’s normal at all.Photos:• First pic is before.• Second pic (of one pane) shows how it looks using soapy water (smeary) and also shows the lifting.• Third pic is all of them done with plain water but the lifting is still there (I’m just at an angle where you can’t see all of it).

Easy to fit, cut, remove
I’ve never used full blackout material before so bought this on a whim as I have two verynervous boot passengers (Pets, not Children!!).Whilst the instructions aren’t very clear, it’s very easy to fit. All you need extra is a sprayBottle with detergent in it and some form of smoother (I used an old bank card!!).The result? 100% BLACKOUT!!! The boot was cool and calming and no stressed pooches!!!
