Are any of these enzymes process through fermentation of aspergillus?

Yes. You arent going to find anything besides pancreatin that isnt, and pancreatin is destroyed by stomach acid. There are varying degrees of purity, with houston enzymes claiming theyve stripped every bit of fungas from the isolated enzyme. This company doesnt make any such claims but i feel like the wuality is good. I thought i had a bad reaction to fungal enzymes until i experimented and discovered i just had a problem with protease (added to most formulas. Not sure what the issue is, maybe it digests an already compromised gut lining comprised of protein) and i also have an issue with a product cslled candex (not sure if the enzymes are impure of if it’s the hemicellulase as i can tolerate cellulase, phytase, and amylase from puradyme)

Why do ppl say these are expired ?

My orders have been fine. I highly recommend this product and cannot imagine receiving something expired, but should that happen, be proactive and call them and let them know so they can remedy the situation.
