Tarifa Fashion Sunglass Flat Retainer Strap - Bluesky

I live in Florida, so wearing sunglasses is a must. I have lost many sunglasses as you have to carry them with you everywhere. When I saw this product I thought of my wife that has the same problem and many times does not want to carry her best sunglasses - fancy Ray Ban Wayfarer - on daily basis. I have just received the package and it looks great in terms of quality - fabric - and length, not too small to be short on neck and not too large to bother while walking or moving. This strap fits great on her sunglasses and it really looks like Miami!

Might sound exaggerated, but believe me...this product will change your daily life. All my sunglasses have several scratches in the glass as I used to put them in my pocket, in the car, on the table...etc. Since I bought these straps this is not happening anymore as the just hang in a chilled way around my neck... I love it.Besides the fact that the look EXTREMLY cool... Do not hesitate! Buy them. Great value for such a low price...Strongly recommend this product.

The only reason I am giving this 2 Stars is that the dealer was wonderful to work with. They emailed me to check to see how the product was and I told then they broke right away. They send me 3 replacements (which also broke right away). BUT until they fix the plastic (should be rubber) on the eyeglass cords that attach to the glasses; nothing is good about these. I love the material and have been looking for something like these for ages. I had bought some like these years ago in colorado and couldn't find them anywhere (even in the mountains) so was so excited to find these. But if they don't' hold up; they are not worth even buying. PLEASE redesign with stronger material!

I have worn similar eyeglasses cords, from other sources, for many years and they held up fine. Although these strapsthemselves are beautiful, just what I wanted, the weak attachment pieces are a huge disappointment. Tarifa, the maker, must have known about the flawed connector pieces, because they sent replacement parts!! I have decided to keep the straps and repair them myself with needle nose pliers and some hardware from a craft store. They were more expensive than other woven straps on Amazon, but their beauty and craftsmanship , except for the fragile attachment pieces make the higher price acceptable to me. For those not handy in jewelry repair -- BUYER BEWARE!

These are some of the cutest sunglass holders Id ever seen, and I really wanted them to work! Bought the three pack- first ones broke straight away just as I gently tightened them. Possible user error, fine. Second ones, I was very very careful with but quickly realized the actual design of the clasp makes it impossible to really tighten as the band is too slippery and the metal fastener not tight enough. I live in Hawaii and even the wind here could slide these holders off my (very lightweight) sunglasses when hanging down my neck. Really too bad- I wish Id saved my money for something more functional instead of these which only look good and dont do much else.

Looks great and appeared to be well made - The problem is that the connectors are difficult to attache they easily slide off, I had to use pliers to crimp the spring. Two days later the cord pulled loose from the silver tang, nothing that some gorilla glue couldn't take care of but shouldn't have been required - so for that reason 2 stars

I bought this for a friend, so I am not sure how it will be once she begins to use it, but the colors are nice and the delivery was the usual Amazon 2nd day delivery. I am satisfied! I have a similar strap and it's really useful when you want to wear your sunglasses in the pool and not lose them. My friend and I just enjoyed a day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and she lost her sunglasses in the wave pool... Hopefully this will prevent that from happening again!

The first reason why I bought this strap is because I hate when I drop my sunglasses, specially at the beach. But as soon as it was delivered I realize that I had a fashion accessory in my hands. Now I wear my strap everywhere, not only at the beach!I want to buy more colors to match with different outfits and, why not, the mood of the day...The size of the strap is perfect and fits as nice to me as to my husband. And its end has a small adjustable rubber string, which makes it usable with any size of sunglasses temple.
