Lower dosage very tolerable.
The 100mg dose was upsetting to me. It gave acid indigestion. Doctor suggested reducing to 50mg, this dosage is working splendidly. No acid indigestion at all.

The B complex capsules work great, a little sticky to swallow, but I've got a very dry throat and mouth. The major problem is that when adding item to cart, one delivery date is promised if ordered by a particular time, and then AFTER payment is made, the shipping is now 2 to 3 weeks later, this is not the only item that this has happened with either. It is a dishonest practice!

Ürün içerik açısından iyi ve zaten Solgar kalitesi tartışılmaz. Sadece ben de hangi B Vitamin markasını kullansam cildimde sivilce yapıyor. Bu da öyle oldu. Henüz sivilce yapmayan bir B vitaminine denk gelemedim ama onun dışında başarılı. Pcos olduğum için kullanmam gereken takviyelerden biri olduğu için aldım. Teşekkürler
