Worked perfectly on 2006 Honda Shadow 1100, but could use instructions.
The media could not be loaded. This came with everything I needed to extend my forward controls 3 inches. It was a mf figuring it out for about 2-3 hrs. I had a good idea of which parts were for (clutch controls/peg) and which were for the (rear break/peg), but figuring out exactly how to reconfigure everything with whats infront of you takes some tinkering/thinking. I recommend not tighting everything down until you know for sure everything works as its supposed to. Like the title says, it could use some instructions, but it's not too difficult to figure out.

Does not align correctly
Had to go to the hardware store to get new hardware and spacers because the brackets do not align. I'm sure they fit on others but be prepared to need new hardware.
